In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

• "Platform" means the a71b website accessible at a71b.io, including all associated pages, services, games, and betting products.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered a player account with a71b and uses the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon completing the a71b registration process.
• "Balance" means the total BDT-denominated funds held in a Player's account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to an account by a71b.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable cash balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may make withdrawals exceeding the stated threshold.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, represented by the symbol ৳.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the Player) and a71b (the Platform). If you are accessing a71b on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. In the absence of such authority, you are personally responsible for compliance with all obligations set out herein.

a71b reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. Where a material change is made, a71b will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email to the address held on their account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with a71b, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person in registering or operating your account;
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the a71b Platform;
• You do not hold and will not seek to hold more than one active account on the a71b Platform;
• All personal information you provide to a71b during and after registration is accurate, current, and complete.

a71b reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible individual may register a maximum of one (1) account on the a71b Platform. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances reviewed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate details including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. a71b will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep these credentials secure.

You must notify a71b immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. a71b reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation following a reported or detected security incident.

a71b accepts deposits in BDT only. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed on the deposit page within your account.

All deposits are credited to your account balance in BDT at the prevailing rate at time of transaction. a71b does not charge a processing fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which a71b accepts no responsibility.

Deposits made to your a71b account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing using payment methods registered to a third party is strictly prohibited. a71b reserves the right to require verification of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits per method are displayed at the deposit stage and may change without prior notice.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly for mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business hours for bank transfers.
• a71b is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing times or technical outages.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the cashier section of your account. The minimum single withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability and KYC verification status.

All players seeking to make their first withdrawal, or any withdrawal exceeding ৳10,000 in a single transaction or ৳25,000 in aggregate within any 30-day rolling period, must complete full KYC verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate showing date of birth), a recent proof of address, and a screenshot or photograph of the payment method used for deposits.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money balance — comprising deposits and winnings generated from real-money play after any applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied — is eligible for withdrawal.

From time to time, a71b offers promotional bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match bonuses, and other incentive schemes to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to individual terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all a71b promotions:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus validity periods begin from the date and time of bonus credit to the Player's account. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the stated validity period and are forfeited without compensation.
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary. As a general guide: slots contribute 100% to wagering requirements; live casino table games contribute between 10% and 20%; sports betting wagers placed at odds of 1.5 (1/2) or greater contribute 100%.
• a71b reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonus credits already applied to active accounts.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing simultaneous opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from their use.

All sports bets placed on a71b are subject to the a71b Sports Betting Rules, which are published in full within the sportsbook section of the Platform. The following general provisions apply to all betting activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed, regardless of subsequent market movement.
• Minimum stake per bet is ৳100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event; maximum stake information is displayed at the bet placement stage.
• a71b reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where the Platform suspects irregular betting patterns or market manipulation.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), a71b reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account balance.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are governed by the cricket-specific market rules published in the sportsbook.
• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided if the in-play betting system experiences a technical failure that prevents accurate live data from being reflected in the offered odds.
• a71b does not accept bets from individuals with insider knowledge of the event outcome. Any bet placed using material non-public information will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

• The Player has engaged in fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials, charge-back fraud, or collusion with other players.
• The Player has abused the bonus system as described in Section 7.
• The Player has placed bets using insider information as described in Section 8.
• The Player's account activity suggests money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requires the account to be suspended.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, a71b will endeavour to complete its review within 30 days and notify the Player of the outcome via email. Where suspension results in permanent closure due to confirmed breach of these Terms, forfeiture of the account balance may apply in accordance with the specific nature of the breach.

A Player may close their own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after standard KYC checks are completed.

All content on the a71b Platform — including but not limited to the a71b brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of a71b or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution, or republication of any Platform content without prior written consent from a71b.
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or attempted extraction of source code from any Platform software.
• Use of automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human mechanism to access, navigate, or interact with any part of the Platform.
• Framing or mirroring any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a71b's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

a71b shall not be liable for any of the following, whether or not such losses were foreseeable or a71b had been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity;
• Loss or corruption of data;
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental loss of any kind;
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by third-party service failures, internet infrastructure outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to keep account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude a71b's liability for death or personal injury caused by a71b's negligence, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

a71b collects, processes, and stores personal data from registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at a71b.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy as a binding document governing the handling of your personal information.

Personal data is used by a71b for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and communication of service updates and promotional offers where consent has been given. Personal data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (including KYC verification providers and payment processors) strictly for the purposes described above.

a71b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date displayed prominently at the top of the document.
